| Arrive by train or Plane and hire a Car | NEW - A service is now being offered by Camel car hire. ( http://www.camelhire.co.uk ) They will meet you at Bodmin Parkway railway station £10 or Newquay Air Port £15, between 8.00am and 4.30pm with your car. There is a cheaper rate if you only drive in Cornwall! prices from £18 to £35 day fully inclusive depending on length of hire. £25 to £54 if taken outside of Cornwall. | To arrive here by Bus: | A bus sevices runs from the Exeter to Newquay and stops at Camelford and collection can can be arranged. We do not charge for this, but we do need to know in advance. Restriced bus service on Sundays. Exeter to Camelford Bus 510 or Bus 509 Exeter to Bude. Links: |
| To arrive here by Train: | There are two options, either leave the train at Exeter St Davids staion and catch a bus from outside the station to Camelford. (as above) We do not charge for this, but we do need to know in advance. Restriced bus service on Sundays. Alternatively take the train to Bodmin Parkway and enjoy the ride along the Devon coast by the sea and through Brunels Bridge over Plymouth Sound and then the Viaducts in Cornwall. You can then catch the 555 and get off at Wadebridge and then catch the 594 bus to Boscastle, where we will collect you. Train arrives Bodmin 4.30pm and into Boscastle at 5.52pm Please e-mail us if you are taking above options so we can check timetables and confirm all public travel details with you. Links: |
| To arrive here by Air: | Planes from Stanstead arrive at Newquay twice daily. The last plane gets in at 9.00pm and Car hire is available from the airport at this time and we are only 50 minutes drive away. We are 75 minutes from Exter Airport. Links: |
